About Us

Our Family Caring for Yours

Our Story

Our founder, Vronica Flom, set the standard for care when she opened Morning Glory in 1998. She cared abundantly for each and every person she encountered, and went out of her way to ensure that they received the best home care and were shown the highest level of compassion, kindness and respect – clients and staff alike. On any given day, Vronica could be found assisting a caregiver with changing a flat tire, delivering dog treats to clients with pets, and taking extra time to get to know each individual who crossed her path, sharing her signature warmth and affection with all.

Although Vronica passed away in 2012, her legacy and the tone she set for Morning Glory live on. She exemplified the combination of tenacity and tenderness symbolized by her favorite flower – the morning glory – and we strive to follow in her footsteps and always go the extra mile to improve quality of life however we can for those in need of the exceptional home care services we provide. We remain a local provider of high quality non-medical services and one of the top dementia care agencies for seniors throughout Madison, St. Clair, Macoupin and Jersey counties in Illinois. Our Leadership

Eliza Brandmeyer, Executive Director

Elisa PautzAs Executive Director, Eliza oversees all operations at Morning Glory, meeting with families and referral sources seeking a senior care solution. Her passion for seniors and ensuring they receive the highest possible quality of care has been ingrained in her throughout her lifetime, beginning as a child, when her grandparents were anchors in her life. Through her music therapy clinicals at Maryville University she was able to further cement her desire to advocate for seniors, particularly in the fields of hospice and Alzheimer’s/dementia. She’s aware of the lack of experts in the field, and strives to be one of those experts. With a Bachelors of Science in Music Therapy as well as a Masters of Arts in Gerontology, and certification with the Alzheimer’s Association, she stays on top of the ever-changing issues impacting older Americans.

Morning Glory has provided care for Eliza’s grandparents and other members of her family, and when the opportunity arose, she jumped at the chance to join the Morning Glory team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Emma and Hazel, leading worship at church, baking, and anything outdoors.
